

Launched as a trial issue in the autumn of 2018 – or the ‘hygge’ season – Scandi at Home was edited by Jen with art direction by Jo Elston for Marketforce (UK), a division of TI Media. With an initial print run of 15,600 and national newstand distribution, sales of the trial exceeded all expectations. The magazine went bi-monthy in 2019, and now has a frequency of every six weeks planned for 2020, taking it to nine issues across the year.
With a cover price of £5.99, perfect-bound, 116 pages and printed on 80gsm Stellapress paper, the magazine was a visual indulgence for Scandi-style lovers everywhere; in fact export sales accouted for a third of total copies sold. The content included inspirational homes, high-street and classic Scandi buys, decorating, styling and recipe ideas. The title closed late summer 2020.
